As the main contractor for the project, we were responsible for supplying and installing all interior finishes and external decking, delivering a high-quality fit-out under tight deadlines to ensure the restaurant opened before the end of summer.
Our scope of work included:
Interior finishes: Feature panelling, flooring, banquette seating, doors, and a bespoke bar.
External decking: A precision-built structure featuring specially machined Opepe timber, a steel framework with a guard rail, Millboard decking, and Iroko handrails.
Originally contracted for the internal work, we stepped in to complete the decking after the client’s initial contractor failed to deliver - running both elements seamlessly in parallel. Despite the challenges, we ensured a flawless finish, delivering the project on time and to the highest standard.
